I have a link that I use all of the time and it won't work?? Even when I just got to the address bar and type it in, nothing. It just sits there. If I refresh, it goes back to the blank page. I can access it through explorer but the recommend using firefox. I am not sure if it is my computer or their site or??? I am trying to go to https://mygov.us or https://mygov.us/login. I have been using this program to access it for like 4 years and now it is just not working. HELP!

Hmm, I can open it in Google Chrome but cannot open it in Firefox. I used an add-on to change how Firefox identifies itself to the server (masquerading as Google Chrome) and got the same result.

When I use the certificate testing site https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.mygov.us it has this notation for Firefox:

Server negotiated HTTP/2 with blacklisted suite

If I disable HTTP 2 in Firefox, which causes Firefox to use the older HTTP 1.1 protocol, then the site loads. You can try that this way:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste http2 and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the network.http.spdy.enabled.http2 preference to switch it from true to false

But that may reduce performance on other sites, so this isn't optimal.

Do you want to let the site know so they can look into it? You can send them a link to this thread.
