I have a new Lenovo computer and use Mazilla Firefox with my Cannon printer. I scan a small envelope and it scanned as JPG then scanned the letter to go with the envelope and it was made a PDF file which Is not acceptable on my online SPOKT.com hub. I need to know what made the difference or how I can change the PDF to a JPG. File > Save>As is not available.

You could try using the "Snapshot" feature in Adobe Reader. This will copy the selected section of the document to the clipboard as an image, and then you can paste it into the Paint program and save it as a JPEG.
