I want craft directions and recipes ,but I cannot access them because Mozilla blocks the downloads.

Whenever I try to access directions from some sites, I am asked to install a certain program. I then get a notice that Mozilla prevented the site from asking me to to install or download whatever. i also see a notice ot ALLOW, but I do not check it because I do not know If I will be breaking an agreement. How can I access info from these sites?
