When I download it, it won't open it up at all. I can't view anything that I have downloaded.

This will depend on your phone.

For phones with a menu button that is part of the system controls (Home, back and menu buttons). Press the menu button and then select tools then select downloads.

For phones without a menu button press the 3 dot menu in the upper right. Select tools then select downloads.

Downloads are saved to /sdcard/download/
