Keazen oplossing

Firefox 30 switched some less commonly used plugins from "Always Activate" to "Ask to Activate". To check and change that for SimplePass, you can use the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. Then on the right, check the control on the right side of SimplePass.

You may need to exit Firefox and start it up again before this takes effect.

Any luck?

I tried this solution to no avail. I hope Firefox can do something to fix this. :(

Hi Pallas07, could you also check on whether there is an update for your version of SimplePass/TrueSuite in case Firefox is disabling it due to age?
