Hi CC,

I'm sorry you had this problem. I believe the way to get out of this is to reset your device using the hardware buttons. Power down the phone or remove the battery first. Then Push volume Up and power buttons at once along with the Home button. Then continue pressing volume Up to reset the device.

You will lose configured data and applications, but it should resolve this and get you back to a working device.
