Dear Mozilla Support Team, I am writing to request your assistance in recovering my Firefox/Mozilla account. I have unfortunately lost access to the authenticator app used for my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Furthermore, I do not have my backup recovery codes saved. However, I am the rightful owner of the account and I currently have full access to the registered email address associated with it: riadchowdhury908@gmail.com I understand Mozilla's strict security and privacy policies. Is there any way to verify my identity through my registered email address or perform a manual review to disable the 2FA on my account? I only need the 2FA disabled so I can log back in and set up a new authenticator. I am ready to provide any additional information needed from my email to prove my ownership. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Riad Chowdhury

FIDO2 Security Key (e.g. Yubikey) Support is entirely broken on Firefox mobile and has been for weeks. Screens that should pop up an interface to use my security key (e.g. after I've typed my password in to Google, in order to do multi factor auth) simply do not show the pop up. This is an absolute P0 issue that makes the browser entirely worthless as a default browser on a device, as many apps want to use Webauthn through the browser to do FIDO MFA. I will be forced to switch to an actual functional browser if this is not fixed soon.

I have a Mozilla Firefox login with hundreds of bookmarks, I've been saving for years. With the recent update, I was logged out. I tried to log back in with my saved password and email. The information I have is correct. The problem lies in the fact that I created that login & pass with a University email. After graduating, the ending of the email address was changed to @alumni.edu sort of thing. So now it's trying to send me a security code to login and I cannot receive it because of this change to the email address, thus I cannot get logged back into my firefox to retrieve my bookmarks. Please help.
