Hello, In my prior versions of the Firefox browser for Windows 10, I saved and used 1 row of shortcuts right under the search field of the browser. When I updated to v151, the same saved shortcuts keep overwriting with recently viewed pages, just like the history list. Is there a way to stop the browser from overwriting my saved shortcuts row? Presently, I have to manually delete every single overwritten shortcut to maintain a clean list of saved shortcuts after having browsed to other websites; this cleanup process is getting old! FYI, I do used the bookmark toolbar also, but there just a few saved shortcuts that I like to have and frequently use in the single row of shortcuts. Please advise how to save my succinct row of desired shortcuts if that's now possible to do. Thank you.

i have been using firefox for like an year, found out now that the email i used for my account on my browser is wrong, the domain has a typo. Does it mean that now all my passwords are saved on a firefox account i cant even access (i have to still finish the setup, obviously i cant as i cant get a code in an email that doesnt exist) and that i cant remove it, ever? Does firefox sync up stuff on an account without the setup even being done yet? Or is the stuff just saved locally and im good with removing the account?

When I try to customize the toolbar in Firefox the the browser goes to the customize toolbar / overflow toolbar page. However the page does not have any of the tools just a white blank screen. I did just relently refresh firefox

In past 2 days I've experienced Firefox randomly closing all open firefox windows and then bringing them back after a brief delay. There is no mention of an update or other reason while this would occur.

Firefox used to display an AI overview response at the top of the page when you asked a question. That feature has disappeared on my systems. I assume that is because of the new AI controls. Is that function still available? If so, how do I re-enable it on Windows 10? The only video I could find addressed it for Windows 11 but I'm not there yet.

I run Win10, and Firefox recently updated. I use https://partners.titantv.com/default.aspx as a TV guide for my Hauppauge TV tuner card. When I click on a program I want the PC to record, I click the red dot, which creates a program.tvpi file in my Downloads folder (see image attached). Up until recently, this type of file was associated so that clicking the red dot would automatically put it into the Hauppauge recording queue. However, the latest Firefox upgrade took that association away. So, now I have to double-click the program.tvpi file in the Downloads folder to activate it. Is there a way to re-associate it? I tried right-clicking the red dot, but there's no choice. I didn't see it in the Firefox, Settings, General, Applications feature. Thank you for the help.

cut and paste not working on one box on ebay listing page!

ebay sell an item. opened page appears with boxes of which one is called description. This week, the cut and paste will no longer work on that box. It works on every other box on that page! Ebay say its not them.

When contacting my bank which I have been able to do for years I find that the login page of the bank opens and i put in the sign in details and send then nothing happens apart from the indicator just keeps on going round

You need to enable me to sync the desktop to my mobile phone. I've had mozilla firefox on my Mac and android phone for years but now I am expected to work out how to create a back up and then delete all of my data and trust it will upload to the new browser on my desktop -- which before the update held the same data. Really unimpressed. Get it sorted.

I have all the location settings I can find on my Firefox browser, google, and device turned off, but the new firefox weather widget still had my hometown as the default location, which is is not the same location as my IP address. And when I went to buy a book online through Thriftbooks with a guest account the address line autofilled with addresses in my hometown. I do not have any addresses saved to autofill. Where is this information being stored and how do I get rid of it?? Is there something in about:config I can shut off or disable?

My version 151.0.2 (64-bit) must support built-in VPN but the VPN setup prompt is not found in the top-right corner of Firefox toolbar nor the VPN icon is found in the toolbar. How can I test built-in VPN?
