incoming e-mails no problem, outgoing will not work??
incoming e-mails ok, but to reply i have to go to SKY e mails. This is a pain as Mozilla used to work fine. It may be to do with "pop" addresses or similar but I'm a novice, can someone guide me thru' ?? I have attempted to renew the setup codes but no luck.

thx, for reply, it turned out that I had updated my password with Sky, as one does,and forgotten. there's a point where one can reset. This solved it! thx again.
