how do I view the underlying source code for an email in Thunderbird?

Publié

I'd like to view the source of an underlying email so that I can see the details about the message delivery information, but I do not see an option to do so in 24.3.0. If I remember correctly, I was able to do this in an older version of Thunderbird.

Hi tadcrash,

when the email is displayed, under the date at the right side do you have a "other actions" menu or something that looks like ? If yes, in this one, do you have "display the source" or something like that ?

romsdu81,

Yes my version has an "other actions" button underneath the Reply, Forward, Archive, Junk and Delete buttons, not very obvious by the way. That allows me to "View Source." I knew it had to be moved somewhere. Thank you for the quick reponse.
