I can't view my bookmarks folders.

When I open bookmarks I don't see folders that I've created. They are there in the dropdown box. How do I access them?

When I open bookmarks I don't see folders that I've created. They are there in the dropdown box. How do I access them?

Is the problem is when you open the Library dialog, using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+b
  • Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks

Or when you open the Bookmarks Sidebar, using either:

  • Ctrl+b (to open or close)
  • View menu (Alt+v) > Sidebar > Bookmarks

If you expand the Bookmarks Menu entry, you usually will find the same folders you can see on the drop-down list. Any luck?

In addition to the Bookmarks Toolbar and the Bookmarks Menu, Firefox has a category called Unsorted Bookmarks. Maybe your folders are in that category? If so, it's probably best to move them to the Bookmarks Menu.
