I signed into Personna so that I can reply to a blog. When I posted message I got an error message which said, "You are posting too quickly. Slow down"

I had completed all the login steps for personna to respond to a blog and an error message came up after I posted it which said, "You are posting comments too quickly. Slow down." It is on the http://4ti40churchconsulting.blog.com site.
