I'm using FF 19, want to update to 20 but will not do it autmatically, should i remove 19 prior to manually installing 20

I run win 8, and FF is checking for updates for a long time, decided to download it manually: my question is should I uninstall FF 19 or just go ahead and install FF 20 and everything will migrate to new FF 20?

Hello, the second option, double click the installer for Firefox 20 that you saved in your PC, install it, then you should be all ok and updated.
