Try to reset some preferences to the default with the SearchReset extension:

Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).

Please open a support ticket at http://support.imesh.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/5 and mention that you want to uninstall. Also mention that you were sent via Mozilla Support. The support system will send you the uninstall procedure according to your operating system type.
