Everytime i start Firefox (version 10.0 -release version) it checks for compatibility with the add-ons just as if i just installed firefox.

I was having the issue of the successfully updated Firefox page opening every time I started Firefox and have since got that one fixed but every time i start Firefox (version 10.0) it checks for compatibility with the add-ons each and every time

Hi organicdj,

You should look at the article Preferences not saved. It might be an issue with the pref file that can't store the fact that this check has already been run.
