How do I change the font on incoming email in Windows Live--it is too small in Firefox

I can change fonts in outgoing emails, and on website screens, but the incoming emails in Hotmail and Windows Live it is way too small to read. It is fine in Gmail. Can you tell me how to change this to a readable font. Using the Tools option does not work.
