Change Background Color Of Downloads Window To Dark Grey|Black

The background of the downloads window is BLINDINGLY white.

I want to turn it dark grey or black. Is there some CSS or theme I write to control what it looks like? An add-in maybe?

Add code to userChrome.css below the @namespace line.
You can choose your preferred background color (background-color: #rrggbb) and text color (color: #rrggbb).
