Hi Folks I have two issues I would like some help with

1. I use favorites in xp's start menu alot, when I add a new bookmark with Firefox it doesn't show up in the favorites folder I have to open IE and insert it that way, is there anyway I can add to favorites directly from Firefox?

2. Within IE you can open the favorites folder select a favorite and the folder then closes automatically where as with Firefox you have to close the bookmarks folder manually. How can this be achieved automatically?

I like to keep my addons to the bear minimum if possible Thanks

1. PlainOld Favorites.

2. Yes, you need to close the Bookmarks Sidebar manually after selecting a bookmark, but the Bookmarks Menubar drop-down should close automatically after a bookmark is selected.

This extension will change that action for the Bookmarks Sidebar.
