My firefox keeps crashing and it never then gives me the option of using Mozilla Crash Reporter!! . . I only get the usual Microsft Reposting thing which is no damned good for my Firefox.

How can I get the Mozilla Crash Reporter up and running. If I cant get it sorted I will have to go back to using IE and I hate IE . .

Can you look in the details for the Microsoft crash report and paste the data, including the AppName (application name) and ModName (Module Name or 'faulting module')?

Does Firefox Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox or a new Firefox profile (see Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles) help?
