Firefox problem with Microsoft M365

Longtime Firefox user, Lenovo desktop, Windows 10 user, have Firefox version 154. Can log into my microsoft M365 account, but whan I click on "Search", my files do not appear. Box appears saying "No Recent Items" in place of my list of files.

Can this be fixed at Firefox??? I'm forced to us Chrome, which I do not want to do. Thank you. Mike Manning Text [redacted phone# and email from community support forum]

Could you try logging in using a new Private Window for comparison?

Private window opens, but popup immediately appears and immediately disappears before I can do anything. Firefox is really screwed up on my PC.

Mike, are you running many addons or some "privacy" extensions of software? Could you try restarting Firefox into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) and see if Private Window works at least there?
