firefox freezes constantly

Next, check if your antivirus or external software is conflicting with Firefox, for example using GPU overclockers, which can conflict with firefox's rendering engine. If you really cant find an issue, you can refresh Firefox, but warning : refreshing Firefox clears **only your customization options**, only keeping essential data. If you can, I would suggest to copy and save your customization options in another folder before you are willing to do this. Search about:support in address bar, click the refresh Firefox button, confirm prompt and restart.
