Windows 10 - Pro Lenovo T490 ( Lenovo LTD installed firmware update 6/19 & 17/26 (respectively - 1st time I've EVER seen this): 1.0.0.28 & 1.0.0.85

An icon is missing from my desktop which I normally use to open FF. I have noticed issues when NOT using this icon previously - like there is a different version or ID attached - I need to get this back. Data Loss (Clippings) / Again !! - I'm not sure who is at fault. When I display Settings - I notice a HUGE difference in that there is NO General tab (attached) as there was when I reported this (similar to me) issue last 2 weeks ago (see original problem report link).

When I use Recovery: I have a file displayed: Location C:\Users\pc\Desktop\Old Firefox Data\wu6w9pz8.default-release\sessionstore-backups Last modified 6/8/2026, 8:07 PM (3rd time in this doesn't show - right after copying the filename !~)

I believe I need to use this as my production / live version & need instructions on how to recover / restore this. I have NOT YET used Windows Recovery (but I will look at it) - Microsoft Visual C++ was installed - 2 restore points as of this morning. (I may be wrong).

Firefox often interferes with AMD Adrenalin. If features provided by AMD—such as the performance overlay and recording functions—don’t work properly while playing a game, closing and reopening Firefox usually resolves the issue. Also, after installing the latest AMD driver (version 26.6.2) today, a specific game won’t even launch. However, if I close Firefox in this state, the game surprisingly runs without any issues. I’ve long suspected that Firefox has poor compatibility with AMD, but preventing games from running seems to be taking it too far. I hope they will collaborate with AMD to ensure these issues no longer occur

Hello. I get this screen quite often in response to a search, mainly from a Google search. It started about a month ago. I have deleted must of the junk that Firefox accumulates, as well as refreshed Firefox. This is running on Windows 11.

last night when i closed the system down, i had 5 spacial tabs with names, and apx 50 other tabs open, come to start the system this morning.. all gone.. nothing.. just a new firefox.. all my history.. gone... this is not good, as the 5 spacial tabs that i had where from seriten sits that need to be their,and now.. just gone.. the lot... and all the setting are correct..

New install of Zorin OS 18 and new install of Firefox 152 resulted in not displaying bookmark tool bar with the imported bookmarks. Tried adding a new bookmark which displayed after the import bookmarks icon but none of the old ones. Tried to import from HTML that reported done, I closed and reopened Firefox and the same toolbar display. Is this something with Zorin or Firefox?

Running windows 10. I installed the newest vewrsion of Firefox, and now I can see or find bookmarks anywhere. I tried the tutorial but I dont see anywhere in my computer where a list of bookmarks are.

audio stops completely for exactly 0.4 seconds when un-pausing video, this affects any "interruptions" including skipping around, clicking on timestamps and any ohter type. issue stops completely when another youtube tab with a video playing is currently active.

i have tried any regular troubleshooting tips, including any and all forums i've found online to no avail. this is not happening in any other browser.

After the last Firefox update, the "Open previous windows and tabs" setting stopped working, and I need to use the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+T" after each start to restore the previous tabs.

Is there any solution for this problem or there is a way to downgrade to a version where "Open previous windows and tabs" works correctly?

My current version is 152.0.1 (64-bit).

Every 3-6 months presumably when you update, it fully deletes all my login data from EVERY website, it has happened many times and is honestly so annoying. Please fix this.

I run the current version of Firefox (152.01) under Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15-3530 laptop. More and more frequently, I'm getting "Access Denied" messages when I click on a site link t56o an internal page. This happens on several sites, most notably Dell.com. I get the error in Troubleshooting Mode, and clearing the cache doesn't help. I've searched the information here, but all the responses seem to involve Windows 7 or Windows 8, not Windows 11. Can someone tell me how to resolve this situation in Windows 11?

The homepage for Firefox has not loaded correctly since the new updates of a month or so ago (maybe a bit longer). The windows all just scroll from left to right with no data. The widgets showing date, time, etc show up, but the 12 windows for stories just grey scroll left to right. Someone said it will fix itself. Ok. Any ideas out there?

when i updated linux a newer firefox version was installed but none of my personal settings, passwords or bookmarks installed onto the new firefox version. can't access my previous profil on my computer

When i go to type in something in google search it always wants to tell me the next words to type. How can i stop this because it messes me up when typing. Firefox is my default browser. PS: i have tried every thing that AI told me to do and nothing works at all. Thank You.

Those instructions don't work and I'm sick of spending so much time on this problem these days.

Now thinking it happens after an update, which is a problem because they seem to come just days apart. None of the solutions offered works because right-clicking on the top doesn't do anything. Nor does going into the settings in the app on my laptop or online. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox more than once in the recent past. I've also shut down my laptop and rebooted. Nothing works. It's extremely annoying not to be able to access the features that I use *all the time*! day. I'm using a laptop with updated Windows 11.
