Can I put Firefox VPN on a Firestick, free

Hello,

It was good to see on today's (2nd June '26) flyer that I can get the free Firefox VPN, excellent for my laptop. I took my previous one off because it was clogging everything up.

I am from the UK and living in Spain. I have recently bought a Firestick but cannot get any UK programmes due to regional restrictions, so I need a VPN to get round those.

Proton VPN offer a free service that I can put on to the Firestick. Their site gives you the instructions. My question therefore is, can I put the Firefox VPN onto the Firestick and if so, how? It makes sense to have all your VPNs in one place. Kind regards Mike

This is not a separate app, only internal feature of Firefox.

The VPN in desktop Firefox is built-in and not a standalone app. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

Mozilla does have a standalone VPN app "Mozilla VPN" however it is not available for the Amazon Fire Tv Stick. https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-mozilla-vpn-your-desktop-or-mobile
