Unable to download bill from banking site

Hello

I use a banking website to access my bills electronically. When the bill is selected, a PDF copy is supposed to auto download. For sometime now I have been getting an error 'HTTP 405 - HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL'. When I follow the same process in Safari the bill downloads without an issue. This issue has been occurring for quite some time (maybe at least 24 months).

Can someone please advise whether the source site, or Firefox, is causing the problem, and what needs to be done to fix it?

I am using the latest version of Firefox with Venture 13.7.8 on a Mac Mini 2018.

Thanks

Could you please file a compatibility report while on that page? See: How do I report a broken site in Firefox desktop?

OK. I have sent the report. Thank you.
