How about posting a screenshot of the email clearly showing who the sender is. Also in the screenshot, hover(don't click)a link and show where it goes.

Are you using the same email with this Mozilla Account you are posting with? if so then you have logged into the Mozilla Account so it should be seen as active now and not be deleted.

If a Mozilla Account has not been active for two or more years then it may be deleted due to inactivity. It is very possible to use Firefox web browsers without using a Mozilla Account as https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account#w_what-services-can-i-use-with-a-mozilla-account shows you what you use MOzilla Accounts with including this support.mozilla.org site.

Thanks, for your reply, it is confusing, I received one of these earlier in the year, I did log on and update things, I logged in again today and saw that it shows my last log in Jan 25, so not sure what else they migth want, or what else I can do; it doesn't seem possible to actually contact Mozilla directly!
