Tabs reload upon clicking a link

I'm having this annoying issue where I search up something and click on a result, the tab reloads and then i gotta click the result again to open it... I've had it happen on two devices (Samsung Galaxy note 10+ and Samsung Galaxy S25) with no apparent fix.

Example, I search up Nintendo and the website shows up, I click on it but it doesn't open the website, it will reload the tab so then I gotta click on it once again.

This sometimes is caused by the overly sensitive "pull to reload" feature. If you slide the page up just a little bit before tapping the link, does it work normally?
