Account Actions Button

I want to remove one of my old email accounts. I need to use the Account Actions button, but it isn't showing. I've read everything about how to get the button to appear, but nothing works. I'm using the latest update to Thunderbird. My menu bar is showing. All the setting for each email account are showing. One suggestion was to click on the small button in the lower left corner, but the small button I have just opens the account settings, no Account Actions.

Is anyone familiar with this issue and how to get that Account Actions button to show?

Solution choisie

Right click on any account and then click on Setting.

At this point you have list of accounts. Just click on the account you want to delete and then click on red button Delete on the right.
