locked account
I can't sign in to sync. I receive a locked account, as far as I know the password is correct. the same thing happens on a computer and on a mobile phone (android), I didn't do any illegal actions, I don't know what could have happened, but I want to get my firefox account back. I need help with this, how is it possible to restore my account?

Hi Péter!
If you still haven't fixed this, you should be able to ask for a password reset on https://accounts.firefox.com if you can access your e-mail account. AFAIR this would erase the data saved into Sync, so just to be safe, you should make a backup of your account folder.
By the way, feel free to switch to Hungarian in your answer.
