I have been trying to log in to a newspaper website for which I have a subscription. This used to work in Firefox without a problem, but for a while now I have been encountering the problem that when I open the website the usual options "Subscribe" and "Log In" are missing. The "Log In" option is available when I open the website in Microsoft Edge. I have attached screenshots showing the missing links.

I have tried troubleshooting and opening in Safe Mode to disable any add-ons but still without success. I am hoping that there may be a simple solution and would appreciate any help.

I am using Windows 11 and Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit).

What screenshot?

Sorry, Mark - somehow this got posted twice today and you've replied to the one without the screenshots. I've attached them again.

Thanks for the reply.

Just an update to save you wasting your time. I've done a Firefox refresh and the problem seems to have been solved.
