I had always been able to go to the Vidmax.com website. It now gives me the error: Server Not Found. I've gone through your support site and done clearing of history & cookies. I am unsure if it happened following an update, but I would suspect so. I am not tech savvy and unsure how to fix this. I clicked on the lock in the URL area and could see nothing that looked as if it was blocked. I am not sure how to fix this.

Comes up for me. see screenshot What OS? What version of Firefox? What security software are your running? Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
