Yes, they are stored within the accounts in either the imapmail or mail folders, and the name is msgfilterrules.dat . These are simple text files and can be viewed with notepad or similar text editor.

Ich kann das File "msgfilterrules.dat" leider nicht finden!

- click help>troubleshootinginformation
- scroll down to 'profile folder' and click 'open profile'
- click the imapmail or mail folder, depending on whether your account is IMAP or POP
- next, click the account name
- at this point, your message folders, such as inbox, sent, should be visible along with msgfilterruless.dat
