Hi Maritza, if you want a refund for the Mozilla VPN service, the following article lists two methods:

How do I request a refund for Mozilla VPN?

(1) Submit a request from inside the app itself

(2) Submit a request from this site

Your screenshot does look like you are using this second method from the form specific to VPN:

Hopefully you are selecting the Payment & Billing category and providing your email address.

(But this question was submitted under Firefox for iOS, so unfortunately, it has come to the wrong people -- we don't handle VPN issues.)
