Imported my contacts via a csv file to Thunderbird and they appear in personal contacts. However, when I select a contact and select "To" they do not appear in the address bar? Help would be appreciated.

Just a suggestion: create a csv file and view to verify in a spreadsheet program that the data are in the right fields.
