https//: sites are giving me unsecure warnings.
I have a windows 10 desktop. I use several different browsers including Firefox. When online and searching for a site, I choose only https//: sites. However, I am getting an unsecure warning when I click on them. It opens the sites in private mode so why do they not open in regular search mode? Also sometimes when I am in a https//: site I trust & have been to before, the links receive an unsecure warning too. How do I fix this?

Without sample URL of sites with error no one is going to know what is happening.
I tried to log in on: https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=total+av+login&atb=v372-1&ia=web.
It sent me to Extension IUblock Origin) moz-extension://be0d2ac1-6759-47d8-915d-0bffaba0c862/document-blocked.html?details=%7B%22url%22%3A%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.totalav.com%2F%22%2C%22hn%22%3A%22www.totalav.com%22%2C%22dn%22%3A%22totalav.com%22%2C%22fs%22%3A%22%7C%7Ctotalav.com%5E%24document%22%7D

Here's the screenshot.
it seems like your antivirus is blocking the pages in my opinion
You will have to take this to uBlock Origin support as this host is part of a filter list you have installed in this extension that blocks this website.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
