launch file vanished

so long story short, I've been using a 2 months old firefox 32bit and everything was absolute great.
Until few days ago when the browser started to lag just from time to time.
Today I decided that it's time to let it get the update.
What happened now is there is no launch file for firefox, lol
I can't start the browser.
I went to last-update.log and:

could I suggest that when you update the files, you create a backup file, you check if everything is fine and then you delete that backup file.
This way I would still had a launch file.
That was the only launch file file I had in pc for firefox
I thought I could just install a new one in /home/walt/openfolder4/firefox/firefox2/
then copy-paste the launch file to my old firefox folder, but it actually starts the new one and has no data on it (bookmarks,history,logins).
So, then let's copy the old firefox FOLDERS to the new one, but now I see it what's in the screenshot and the browser links,buttons doesn't interact when clicked.
I've spent entire week working day and night on a project which is inside browser and now it's almost done, but I can't send it...
Wonder if someone actually reads those posts and knows how to help or my entire data is gone with all the damn accounts and projects
