12/23/22 After trying for a week to install your mozilla software (thinking this would help to install google play store apps) on my Dell windows pc - it never worked so I requested a refund. I still need assistance in using the firefox browser to install a google play store app specifically the LaView app. Would appreciate your assistance. Henry Mazik

Firefox isn't in the business of doing Google software install. You should contact Google support for this.

Hi

The Google Play store is used to install apps to (typically) Android devices, not Windows.

I would check with LaView, but either you need to install the app onto an Android device, or there may be a website you can view through Firefox on Windows to use their service.
