Total WebShield extension issue

I d/l Total AV and added Total WebShield & Total Adblock as extensions to my browser. Now when I open Firefox, it won't open in full screen. If I disable the WebShield, it opens full screen. Are there compatibility issues? Can you advise on how to fix it? It's very annoying.

P.S. I've already troubleshooted this with TotalAV. It works fine on Chrome. It's an issue with Firefox browser.
