Message filters does not work on one of the 7 accounts

The message filter does not work on one of the 7 accounts that I have linked to Thunderbird. Other message filters set up to do identical transfers work on the other 6 accounts. How do I correct this?

Well what is the filter that does not work? WE know what you tell us. As of now I have someone that is having an issue with a filter.
