invite attendees - no box available

I cannot invite attendees to meetings, except in troubleshoot mode, since latest update. There used to be a list of spaces to invite people but now there is nothing there. If I go to troubleshoot mode it looks like it did before the update and I have to keep resetting it to set up meetings.

Thanks confirming your resolution @mjk. Knowing what you tried fixed the same issue for me too... I followed the 'Reset toolbars and controls' stuff to repair the layout and bingo.

If it works in safe/troubleshoot mode, there is usually either an incompatible add-on, a broken layout, or incorrect hardware acceleration setting in Preferences/General/Indexing (it's disabled in safe mode). Disable all add-ons and then add them one-at-a-time until the problem returns. To repair the layout, launch in safe mode, 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart'.

I had the same problem and followed sfhowes advice to repair a broken layout and it has fixed it for me. Thanks.
