I can't read Russian, but the error message looks like the one that appears when a folder should be compacted. Compacting is the process of permanently removing messages that have already been deleted but are hidden from view. The purpose is to free up storage space and also to avoid mail folders from becoming corrupted.

Compacting can be disabled in Options/General/Disk Space, but that is not recommended. If you receive the message frequently even after allowing compacting, the folder might have become corrupted due to, among other sources, antivirus scanning of the profile folder.
