Thunderbird problem
Dear Sir As all my email hosted by plex server by ionos web hosting and work properly, I down load thunderbird application and try to connect it, it does not connect Please help as i need those email very badly JewelryNest

Did you follow these instructions?
I did all this my domain is purchased from go daddy by when i bought CDN from cloudflare all the DNS listed there, but i think something wrong

Thundrebird 78 changed minimum TLS.
Try changing the setting to see if you get connection. In Menu app icon > Options > General Scroll forever to the bottom and click on 'Config Editor' accept the risk In search type: tls.version look for this line : security.tls.version.min Double click on line to open an edit window and enter the number 1 click on OK. Exit window - top right x
This will set that preference back to the same level as used automatically in version 68*.
