Firefox pdf.js viewer spread in Presentation Mode

How can I get a 2 pages side by side in presentation mode? Outside of Presentation mode I can have 2 pages side by side, but in the mode I can only get one page and black bars.

Hmm, I don't see a way to do that.

I think the idea of presentation view was inspired by PowerPoint slides saved to a PDF, so it was a design goal to "best fit" each page in a full screen view.

I think the closest would be to switch Firefox to full screen mode while displaying spreads, for example, by pressing the F11 key. (Use Firefox in Full Screen mode)

That's what I tried at first, but it leaves all the controls on screen and doesn't allow fast switching between pages

Yes, it seems with spreads, the most relevant shortcut keys need to be doubled:

  • n for next page needs to be pressed twice
  • p for previous page needs to be pressed twice
