What is your antivirus, and is the TB profile folder an exception or exclusion? Crashing on the Search box is discussed elsewhere, but it's not clear if it's necessary to upgrade to TB 68 or just keep TB 60 and add the exclusion.

Its windows defender on windows 10 1909 but with shield on or off its same problem.

Make sure you have the latest update to W10, as there were some fixes for the Search box in File Explorer:

But most issues with TB happen when the Search is clicked during the adding of attachments, not saving.
