I had to resent my Mozilla Sign In password, however now I cannot see any of my synced data. Please help. My sync data is extremely important. Please Help.

I formatted my computer and then wjhenm I had to login to my Firefox Browser. It was not taking any of my old passwords. So, I had to reset my Firefox Sign In password. After the password was reset and sign in. I couldn't find any of my previously synced bookmarks. The synced bookmarks are extremly important for me. I need them back. Kindly suggest and show some way to get them back. Please help. Please Please,

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

That is the dumbest security feature I've ever heard of!!! What if you forget your email password and resetting it deletes everything as a security feature!  ;-(( GTFOH!!!
