How do i alphabetize my folders

I just want to alphabetize my folders in bookmarks. I don't care about organization within the folder. It seems when I create a new folder it goes to the bottom of the list. I tried dragging and dropping but that doesn't seem to work.

Solution choisie

1. Bring mouse to folder. Left click to open list. 2. Hover down with muse to item you want to move into order. 3. Left click and keep finger down. 4. Now drag mouse to desired spot on list.
