Section "Forms & Autofill" in Preferences/Privacy & Security doesn't appear.
extensions.formautofill.available is "on" at about:config Firefox version 65.01b
- Are there any other options to check in about:config or Profile setting somewhere?
PS> In code inspector, there is code for this options but not full. Seems that something is blocking this option.

If the option is missing in Firefox 65.0b1, maybe you'd consider filing a bug report ?

Go to about:support and see, if you have the Form Autofill in the Features section.
I have autofill feature in about:support, but how to make it finally display in preferences?

What I was curious about : does the option also not appear in the version you posted this question in (Firefox release version 64.0) ?
