Would you please check to see if the icon is on the Customize page :

3-bar menu => Customize

If you see it there, you can drag it to wherever you want it ....

Thanks Mcoy, I found the Icon and placed it on the menu Bar but it does not function and is "greyed" out rather than the expected blue button.

Any solution please

Well, at least you now got the icon on the toolbar, but it won't do any good there if it doesn't work ....

Is this not the extension you are using :

Because if it is : you should definately be able to contact the developers.

That's the one McCoy and I have an email from them stating they cannot deal with my request as not a premium account holder.

Hi McCoy Pleased to advise that the solution was to get the Windows version of Hotspot VPN Free downloaded from their website to my PC since the Firefox version was not working.

You have to specify which Hotspot version you want for Windows, MAC, iOS, Android or Chrome.

Nothing is easy in this life eh!
