Why does TB crash when I try to add an attachment? @ CReadingPaneModuleHost
When ever I try to add an attachment to an email Thunderbird immediately crashes and a box titled Mozilla Crash Reporter pops up and I am unable to continue. Why can't I add an attachment?

My problem isn't the crash report. My problem is TB won't let me add attachments.
My problem is I need to know your crash IDs, so that I can help you with not being able to add attachments.

The crash signatures for all three (like bp-73401502-d071-4fcc-acc4-2af9f0180618) are CReadingPaneModuleHost.
This is crashing in MS-Windows "file picker" code shell32.dll CReadingPaneModuleHost::ModuleHostWndProc(HWND__*, unsigned int, unsigned int, long) so there is likely not much we can do in Thunderbird.
Possibilities: Make sure windows is updated. Try starting Windows in safe mode. Try the thunderbird beta from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/channel/
