A few days ago I was able to view photos from friends that were sent in .jpg format. I would see them immediately as soon as I opened the email and if there was more than one photo, all I had to do was scroll down. There used to be an OPTION TO VIEW in the upper right corner, which is no longer there. I wonder if I touched something by accident. Now I have to SAVE them and then open one by one. Very tedious and annoying. Not sure how the change occurred. Do you know how I can get it back to the way it was? Thanks.

Well, it's not related to mozilla firefox. You will have to reset your email settings to default (gmail, outlook, yahoo) whatever email service you use.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Email seems to already be set in "default" mode. So that didn't work. Have yet to try the "Safe Mode" idea. Maybe later tonight. Thanks for the responses and wanting to help. Greatly appreciated.

It does sounds like something in your mail option was changed to block images. If so this isn't a FF/Browser issue but email site setting that changed that.
