My credit card on line service says I need java script to access their site. How do I do this?

When I try to access my accounts online, I get a message that I am not using java script and therefore cannot sign on. Is there a way to use java script with Mozilla as my browser?

Hi   !

In Firefox JavaScript is enabled by default. Just to make sure that this somehow didn't get changed :

Type in the address bar   about:config   (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : javascript.enabled Its value should be set to   true

If you have any add-ons installed that could block JavaScript, like NoScript, AdBlock Plus, Ghostery : would you please disable it and see if that will make a difference   ?
